Any Business Information being provided by Central Coast Business Brokers is confidential and should not be disclosed or used in a manner that can be considered harmful to the business.  Clients, customers, employees or suppliers may not be aware of the business being for sale. Your disclosure of such information may cause harm to the business, and you could be held responsible for causing such damage to the business.  Furthermore, any Confidential Information provided is for the sole purpose of evaluating the possible purchase of the business. Unlawful use of the information or use of the information for competitive advantage is prohibited.
